Delivery & Returns

Shipping:

Angellina Gems sends out orders within 2-3 working days. Delivery times may alter during our busy periods and UK holidays such as Easter, Bank Holidays, and Christmas etc.

Royal Mail or a local carrier are used for delivery depending on order and we will endeavor to obtain the most appropriate method of delivery for every order.

Delivery Costs:

UK Customers only:  £4.99 Standard UK

This will be added to your order on check out.  Please contact us if you have any questions concerning costs

Free Delivery:

Carriage only applies to orders shipped to a UK mainland address and excludes Highlands and Islands.

All other shipping destinations will be required to pay the balance of the shipping cost.

If you prefer to pick up your order and save delivery charges please contact us.

Returns and Exchanges:

We have built our business on a good reputation and want to work with you to ensure quality of goods and service, unless you are entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us, you may return your items within 14 days.

We do not accept returns on earrings unless they have arrived damaged.

If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund please contact us by email in the first instance to let us know what you would like to return and why.

Please keep your packaging for any returns as we will require them to be returned in good order. Emails are looked at within 24 hours or earlier.
