Angellina Gems Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions placed online, by telephone, in person or by email. Please read this before placing your order, as by using this website you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

We accept orders by online transaction via secure server, email, telephone or in person. Orders placed online must be paid for at the time of order.

The web price excludes VAT, as a small family company we are not registered for VAT at this time and all prices are shown in pound sterling (£).

We reserve the right to use any carrier that in their opinion give the best service at the time of ordering and by ordering from Angellina Gems you are accepting the delivery terms and conditions of the carriers or postal services.

We endeavour to make certain that the photographs where possible are those of the actual merchandise but due to limitations items may differ slightly in colour, size and quality due to the nature of natural stone.

We do not guarantee products are always identical to those shown on this website, however we will make every effort with jewellery to send you the exact one from photo so you mainly get the item you see.

We will however, on one-off items, do our best to repeat the same lines and to try to stock similar items.

We can take no responsibility for errors and omissions and sizes and weights quoted are approximate.

Any information regarding the crystals and stones or any other matter is for information only and is not to be considered authoritative or endorsed as this is only considered to be complementary guidance and not specifically for their said healing principles and Angellina Gems or their staff cannot be held responsible for any claims made about the items or crystals.

We reserve the right to amend our prices and specifications without notice.

Please note due to hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange earrings unless they arrive faulty.

All merchandise supplied remains the property of Angellina Gems until all sums owing in are fully paid to us.

All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between you and Angelina Gems will be resolved wholly in the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in our terms and conditions will be deeming to impinge on your statutory rights.

Angellina Gems do not make any health or medical claims about the crystals and stones on their website and the information about their properties are only intended as guidance and not intended as a substitute to professional medical advice or treatment.

Each crystal therapist’s views may differ; however, we are always happy to help. Although we give you an overview of some of the healing properties of stones and crystals, we do not guarantee that this will always work for you.

We always advise that any medications, treatments or advice given by your GP or specialist should not be stopped. Healing details of the gemstones are for amusement only.

Some of the stones on this site that are commonly known as crystals, do not have a crystalline structure or they may be man-made.

However, we may still refer to them or put them under the category of crystals or stones.

Due to the very character and nature of minerals, gemstones and crystals, the colour, striations, size, shape and form of the stone might not be exactly the same as the photograph on our website.

However, the jewellery will be exactly the piece you see in the photograph. Due to photography, the colour may differ slightly, however, we will endeavour to get as close as the item as we can.

At Angellina Gems, we share photos and quotes. We also use some of our own photographs and our own descriptions.

Any health giving properties are for interest only and you should get the advice of a qualified medical clinician.

If we mistakenly place a photo, image or quote that we haven’t accredited for, please contact us so that we can give credit to the correct company or person.

Angellina Gems do not disclose or divulge buyer’s information to any third party. We believe in customers data protection and any details collected on this website are used to fulfil customers orders and for delivery purposes only.

Certain items may differ very slightly to the photographs. However, we endeavour to pick the most accurate item to match the ones chosen in your order. Stones can vary as per their very nature and all items that are hand made may differ slightly in design and size  Colours can be slightly different again due to either the natural crystal or the photography.
